The Dimension® low VOC technology is "ahead of the curve" in delivering a 3.5 VOC Solventborne Basecoat and a 2.8 VOC Single Stage in one compact system.

HS Basecoat                                      

• Excellent metallic control
• Fast flash times
• Applies similar to National Rule basecoat
• Applies smooth and flat
• Great coverage

3.5 VOC HS Basecoat

Mixing:

4 Dimension® 3.5 B/C color+ 1 DLV645 or DLV648 + 1 DR641

Application:

• Apply two medium wet coats or until hiding is achieved
• Allow each coat to flash until handslick
• 6-8 psl HVLP
• Allow five minuets flash time between coats
• Allow to flash 15-20 minuets before clearcoating
• If not Clearcoated in 7 days, scuff sand basecoat and reapply basecoat color before clearcoating

Drying Schedule:

Dust Free- 10 minuets

Tape Free- 15-30 minuets

To Apply Clearcoat- 15-20 minuets

 Pro 2.8 VOC Single Stage Urethane

Mixing:

4 Dimension® 2.8 Color + 1 DLV Reducers + 1 DH657 Hardener

Application:

• Apply two medium wet coats or until hiding is achieved
• Allow each coat to flash until handslick
• 10 psl HVLP
• 10-12 fluid ounces per minuet and 30-35 psl with pressure pot

Drying Schedule:

• Air Dry

Out of Dust- 40 minuets at 70 F

To Deliver- Overnight

• Force Dry

30 minuets at 120 F surface temp.

Buffing Times:

Air Dry- After 24 hours

Force Dry- 30 minuets after cool down
