Description

Finish 1 is a high performing 3.5 VOC Acrylic Enamel offering
excellent gloss and metallic control. For optimum performance,
use of the recommended sealer is suggested.

Mixing

4 Finish 1 3.5 Color + 1 Hardener

Harden Temperature Range

FH611    60 F - 70 F (air dry only)

FH612    65 F - 85 F

FH613    80 F and above

Application

• Apply 2 medium wet coats or until uniform color is achieved
• Allow each coat to flash until handslick
• Adjust air pressure to 10 psi HVLP
• Adjust air pressure to 40-45 psi conventional gravity feed

DRYING SCHEDULE
Air Dry:
Out of Dust – 30 minutes @ 70° F
To Deliver – Overnight

Force Dry:
30 minutes at 120° F surface temperature

 
Buffing Times*:
Air Dry – After 24 hours
Force Dry – 30 minutes after cool down

*Buffing of Metallic Colors may cause streaking. Only a light
polishing of metallic colors is recommmended.
